Description
A unique blend of high quality vegetable oils and soy lecithin specially formulated for use in band ovens for efficient and smooth release of continuous streams of cakes, cookies, pizza shells, and bagels. This PHO-free and white minderal oil free version of our band oven oil was designed for spray applications with easy use and control. It provides substantially reduced usage over the conventional heavy band oven grease. It also ensures lowered amounts of residual cake or cookie crumb on the band or pan for easier cleaning. Formulated with quality vegetable oils to yield a blend which is highly resistant to polymerization to help keep the band or pan clean.
