Interns Jump Right in
July 29th, 2021
Vantage™ summer interns in the U.S. are gaining invaluable, hands-on experience in research and development, engineering, finance and marketing. Our interns are not just working under the tutelage of senior team members; they’re working hand-in-hand with their departmental teams and are entrusted with important day-to-day functions.
Vedant Chintawar, who studies finance at New York University’s Stern School of Business, has been impacted by working directly with his supervisor and other leaders who have given him a fresh perspective on the path he can take in his career. “Working closely with the leadership team at Vantage allowed me to understand all of the career options I have as a finance student,” he says.
Kailey Novack, who is in a dual-degree chemical engineering program at Saint Mary’s College and the University of Notre Dame, appreciates the trust her team has between one another “I’ve had the ability to control my own projects and feel reassured that people trust me to conduct my own research,” she says. “This has given me the opportunity to see the development process from start to finish.”
Our other 2021 U.S. interns are: Constantin Bushofsky and Ruth Olson, chemical engineering students at Northwestern University; and Lizzi Lopez, a 2021 graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. in Chemistry.
Vantage also has a co-op program for current college students and a management trainee program for graduates, both of which expose participants to different facets of the business on a rotational basis.
