Hiflex Stabilizer

Hi Flex Powder is a non-boiling powder for creme fillings.  Stabilizes the filling, preventing weeping. Holds the water and keeps the filling at uniform volume. Finished filling can be re-whipped and stays smooth and fluffy. Produces non-greasy creme fillings. Can be used with regular shortenings or with emulsified shortenings. Use when a creme filling is needed.
