BARCELONA, SPAIN – April 4, 2022 – Effective immediately, Vantage Specialty Chemicals™ (“Vantage”) will do business in Spain as Vantage Specialties Spain, S.L.U. (“Vantage Spain”), formally completing the company’s transition from Textron Plimon which it acquired in 2019. Vantage Spain is a provider of high-quality natural oils for the personal care, cosmetics and food markets from its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Barcelona.

Vantage is built on a successful strategy of organic growth and powerful acquisitions. In EMEA, Vantage acquired Leuna Tenside GmbH in Germany in 2018 shortly followed by Textron Plimon. In the U.S., recent Vantage acquisitions include two food industry companies, Mallet and Company and Amarna, and most recently, JEEN International, a naturally derived specialty ingredients and blends company for the personal care and cosmetics market.
