Description
BIOACT 280E Wax Remover is a semi-aqueous cleaner designed to quickly dissolve paraffinic, microcrystalline plating wax and thermoplastic fixturing waxes. BIOACT 280E is approved by leading aircraft OEMs. It also effectively removes pitches, greases, buffing compounds, metalworking fluids and lubricating oils. BIOACT 280E is a suitable replacement for trichloroethylene (TCE), HCFC-141b, HCFC-225, perchloroethylene (PCE), methylene chloride (MeCl), n-propyl bromide (nPB) and petroleum-derived solvents for dewaxing operations. It is compatible with many polymeric substrates, elastomers and is safe for use with ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
