Lipocol™ C-20 is an oil-in-water emulsifier. Stable emulsions are formed when balanced with a low HLB emulsifier such as Lipocol™ C-2, and Lipocol™ S or Lipocol™ C for body and viscosity. Used in all emulsion systems including skin care, hair care and foundation make ups.
